The department of Dance is partnering with the Institute for Studies
in the Arts (ISA) to create a new special program in Dance and
Technology as part of the MFA program in dance at Arizona State
University.

Admission to this special program is highly competitive and only a
few select students will be admitted each year. Technologies
available to students include interactive performance systems,
real-time 3D motion capture facilities, and capabilities for creating
distributed performances and multimedia installations. Through
research projects, students will also have opportunities to
collaborate with graduate students from Computer Science and
Electrical Engineering.
