More than simply an archival opportunity, The Chunky Files will offer an insight into the creative themes and processes behind each major Chunky Move production. To complement Chunky Move's new production of Wanted, Keren Flavell and JD Mittmann from Springtime Productions were commissioned to produce Chunky File #2. Extending the concept of poll-driven art explored in Australia=B9s Most Wanted: ballet for a contemporary democracy, Chunky File #2 will be created as a result of an online survey which asks you what you most want to see in this web work. Popular opinion will lead to the inclusion of some features, to the exclusion of others. Inevitably, Chunky File #2 will reflect the compromises inherent in a system that serves the wants of the majority by excluding the few. Welcome to democracy.
