You can send midi data from BigEye to other applications that have
more sound processing capabilities using the IAC bus in the mac OMS
MIDI setup. In this way, It works very nicely to use MAX/MSP in
conjunction with big eye.

NATO, a set of video processing extensions for MAX/MSP, allows some
similar tracking features of BigEye directly within the video
environment., as well as offering many other video processing
possibilities. Highly idiosyncratic site - visit with caution, save
your work before hand (can crash your browser or machine).

VNS, the "very nervous system" by David Rockeby also works in
conjunction with MAX/MSP. Now with a software only version max
objects (used to take additional hardware).

Cyclops by Eric Singer is a new video tracking object for MAX in development.

PeRColate, http://music.columbia.edu/PeRColate/, is R. Luke DuBois
and Dan Trueman's set of Max/MSP objects that includes video objects.

good luck,
