CALL FOR PAPERS and PRESENTATIONS Dance and Culture Topics Joint Annual Meeting of the Popular Culture Association (PCA) and American Culture Association (ACA) March 13-16, 2002 Toronto, Ontario, Canada Papers (15- to 20-minute maximum), Panels of 3-4 presentations, Roundtable Discussions or Alternative Formats are welcome. Cross-disciplinary perspectives are encouraged; many theoretical stances will be represented at this conference. Historical papers are also welcome. Slides should be brought in a slide carousel. Deadline for Proposals: Sept. 15, 2001 Registration and Membership fees: Presenters must be members of either PCA or ACA. Registration is $110 (or discounted at $30 for students, retired, unemployed); membership is $35 for either association. To ensure that your name will be included in the conference program, registration and membership fees must be paid in advance. Onsite registration will be $50 more in all categories. Your proposal will be acknowledged, and a decision will be given in 2-3 weeks. Registration forms and hotel information will be sent at that time. Note: Conference participation is limited to ONE paper or roundtable only. Please do not make multiple submissions.
