Teachers' Bulletin Board
Making Teaching Materials Accessible

The Alliance of Dance Notation Educators, with Southern Methodist
University and the Dance Notation Bureau, is pleased to announce the
launching of the Teachers' Bulletin Board. This forum was created to
fill the the need for accessible and innovative teaching materials
that support dance literacy and engender discussions of teaching
methodologies and philosophies. The materials posted on the bulletin
board can all be downloaded and used in the classroom.

Anyone with materials or ideas they would like to share is encouraged
to submit them for consideration for the Bulletin Board. The Bulletin
Board is a web based resource designed to include educational
materials using Motif Description as well as Structured Notation.
Through this collaborative effort, we can build a library of
materials that will be available to the international dance community.

Materials appropriate for curriculums in dance, theater, and other
disciplines as well as inter-disciplinary studies are solicited.

We invite you to visit the Bulletin Board, which can be accessed
through the DNB website at http://www.dancenotation.org. The
materials that are included for the launching are located in the
post-secondary age group.
