I remember very clearly that we felt very strongly that the next IDAT 
conference should be in Europe for the first time and not in North 
America? Does it matter any more or? Additionally, we voted to start 
an organization with a very modest membership fees, is that idea 
dead? Are you or Scott  interested in heading such an organization? 
somebody has to come forward and take it or it will never get 
done...Looking forward to continue conversation....Yacov
