<x-flowed>Dear Aseel I am a videographer/ex-dancer who creates movement pieces for the camera. For me, using technology is not about manipulating the body, but rather it is about giving the body a unique physical, emotional and spatial orientation. Video is another perspective in which to capture and articulate details, subtleties, hidden crevasses, angles, spatial territories. I do not treat technology as a separate, mechanistic entity. For me, their is a body behind the camera who is also alive and moving and responding to the situation in a physical way. What is your research? How do dancers feel about technology being immersed in dance (whether it is for instruction or manipulating dance performances). I am doing research on this topic and any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Aseel _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com </x-flowed>
