<x-flowed>This looks interesting. How long, in terms of weeks, months, will the
exhibition run?

Thanks,
Jen

Dear List,
there is actually an exibition on Nijinsky here in Paris at the Musée
d'Orsay. The museum produced a 26 minutes documentary on the "Prélude à
l'après-midi d'un Faune" score reconstruction/restoration (in Kinetography).
I've been asked to make a Life Forms short sequence based on the score. I
asked to work with Simon Hecquet, one of the french best notators, and also
teaching, at the Paris 8 University Dance Department. There are about 7
minutes in the film on our work. This is of about notation and Lifeforms
issues and might interest some of you.

The documentary is projected in a room of the Muséé d'Orsay all the day lonf
untill the ed of the exibition. There is a Secam and a Pal version in
french. It will be broadcasted on the "Muzzic" french cable television and
is on sale at the museum shop. Although not going very deep for the short
time, the work was very interesting for us and I hope that it can be of some
interest for those of you that are working in the topic.

All the best to all of you.
