The second and final part of The Chameleons Group's experimental Internet theatre performance, 'Chameleons 3: Net Congestion' takes place at 19.30 tonight (UK time). The performers work in a theatre surrounded by video projections, but the audience is 'absent'. Watching via computer, and able to converse and interact with the live performers via their keyboards, the audience become involved as part of the action, or watch as silent observers. Exploring dreams, sexuality, identity, buffoonery and madness, 'Chameleons 3: Net Congestion' seeks to take Internet Theatre another step forward. Unsuitable for children.
