If you're a registered owner, then the company should send you a new 
auth code automatically.  Otherwise, there's no way around it, as far 
as I know.  If it's an emergency, you might be able to set the clock 
on your computer back a few months, but I don't know if that will 
actually work.  This limited-time code seems to be the name of the 
game for music software these days (I guess us musicians have a bad 
rep for ripping off software, or something...).
