The people at Credo are very friendly and helpful and if you contact them I am sure that they can arrange something. My university has just ordered a license for LifeForms about two weeks ago. I think the order was make maybe 3 weeks ago. So again they are very good people and I don't think you will have any problems getting it up and running within 3 weeks; unless you have a lot of bureaucratic red tape at your school.
